How does your price match guarantee work?

We guarantee to meet or beat any competitor's price. The following conditions must be met to be eligible for the program:

• In-home tutoring must be offered by a reputable tutoring service located in the same metropolitan area.
• We will meet or beat any published rate by 10% for regularly (non-discounted) priced services through another company.
• Proof of the competitor's pricing must be faxed to 541-306-5180 along with the following information:

How does your program guarantee work?

We know that parents have a lot of options when it comes to choosing a tutoring service. We have been helping students since 2004 and are confident that you will see an improvement in grades, study skills, understanding of material, and most importantly, self confidence. If we fail to meet any of these expectations we will give you 5 free hours to use with the same or different tutor.

With this in mind, tutoring is a two-way street. We promise to fulfill our end of the promise by providing professional tutors who will show up on time and can get started on the material right away. At the same time, it is up to each student and parent to be fully committed to our program. Students need to come prepared for each tutoring session by completing all necessary homework assignments and have their materials out and ready to use with the tutor. Students must also be at home at the scheduled time and ready to work.

To see any noticeable improvement in understanding of material, study skills, or increased self confidence, we believe a student must spend at least 15 hours working with one of our tutors over the course of a 60 day period to be eligible for the program guarantee of 5 free hours.

For our guarantee related to grades, the above conditions must be met along with documentation of a students' grades before and after tutoring.
